Pre-Construction

 This phase includes constant monitoring and interaction. We perform pre-framing walks and  stay on top of  changing schedules for timely delivery. We work closely with the superintendents/owners  to anticipate possible conflicts and trade overlaps.

 Starting with delivery/stocking and ending with final touch-up we deliver a quality product. Our level 5 finish follows GA-214 guidelines with a final surface coat being a  (full putty-coat).Final sanding is done with lights and 180 grit paper. Angles, details and trims are then sanded by hand. *After the painter has primed all walls and ceilings*,we complete our final touch-up walk with tinted mud. 

 The last steps in any project are vital. This phase includes site cleanup, patch-work and  final pick-up walk . After completion, we have a final walk- through to ensure your complete satisfaction.
